How do you find and vet tenants?

We advertise your property across major portals, conduct comprehensive referencing including credit checks, CCJ checks, employment verification, and landlord references. We verify tenant identities and ensure they meet your criteria before presenting them for approval.

What happens if a tenant doesn't pay rent?

With our Premier Management package, you're covered by rent guarantee insurance which protects against rent arrears until vacant possession (subject to a 10-day lag). For other packages, we'll work with you to resolve payment issues, serve appropriate notices, and take legal action if necessary.

How do you handle maintenance and repairs?

We have established relationships with trusted local contractors. When maintenance is needed, we obtain multiple quotes, arrange for work to be carried out, and oversee the process from start to finish. For Full and Premier Management packages, we handle this entirely on your behalf.

What compliance responsibilities do you handle?

Yes, our Rent Collection package (8%) is designed for hands-on landlords who prefer to manage their own maintenance. You'll still benefit from tenant sourcing, referencing, rent collection, and monthly statements, while handling maintenance yourself.

What's the difference between Full and Premier Management?

Full Management (10%) includes everything in Rent Collection plus deposit protection, safety certificates, property inspections, maintenance coordination, 7-day support, serving notices, check-out processes, and deposit dispute assistance. Premier Management (13%) adds rent guarantee, legal cover up to £100,000, and vacant possession cover.
